Shaunie does a fantastic job uplifting youngth in our community. Flava was founded to build community through coffee and create opportunities for young women of color and gender expansive youth by propelling them from coffee to career.

Connie and the crew at the FINNOVATION Lab have been there for us through the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. The FINN-Lab is the home for start-ups with products that make a positive impact on health, sustainability, and equality without sacrificing profitability and business savvy.

Their Fellowship program helped us hit the ground running!

We salute our beloved mentor, Dr. Artika Tyner, and her organization, Planting People Growing Justice Leadership Institute. PPGJ plants seeds of social change through education, training, and community outreach. They create pipelines to success by improving literacy rates and inspiring the next generation of leaders. Importantly, PPGJ publishes books by Black authors!

We absolutely adore Sheletta Brundidge! (The ever-humble Emmy award-winning comedian and radio host!) Aware of, and frustrated by, the serious lack of diversity in traditional media, she decided to build her own multi-media online platform. Sheletta and her team inspires, educates, entertains, and tackles heavy issues in a way that brings us all together in the end without pulling punches.
